Go to Google Merchant. Now follow the manual below to set up the shipping information.
There are multiple ways of setting up the shipping information. We have showcased them below separated in different sections.
A. Show custom delivery times based on your carrier and ship from location - let Google estimate the delivery times and costs for you*
B. Set a range of delivery times - recommended if you offer free shipping (or free shipping over a certain amount), different shipping rates depending on the order value, or a flat rate
C. Advanced shipping settings - recommended if you need to set up more complex shipping rules
*this is only available in AU, DE, UK, and US. You will also have to make sure that the feed information includes shipping_weight, shipping_lenght, shipping_width, and shipping_height.
Option A - Show custom delivery times based on your carrier and ship from location
Option B - Set a range of delivery times
Option C - Advanced shipping settings
If the options above are not suited for your shipping costs, you can access the advanced settings. This is the same process as it was before Google updated the Merchant interface.
Here you can set up the shipping costs based on the order price, order weight, the number of items, the destination, or just create a flat rate for all orders.
In this example, let's assume that:
- we don't ship in Alaska and Hawaii
- we charge $10 for orders below $50
- we offer free shipping above $50
